A part time musician & a full-time sought-after barber, this multi talented individual left no stones unturned, to build up the motivation & courage to pursue his passions. His fingers are magic, but now he’s looking to refine his voice, to match the delicacy of his hands & hopefully become one of the top artists in the world.
Talking about helping points in his career he said, “Just as important though, is cultivating a strong social network of artists, curators & art historians who can serve as feedback, cheerleaders, supporters& sounding boards for one another. To add, it’s imperative to see yourself working with a gallery or museum & also spend time meeting with other colleagues, who are champions of the art — & vice versa. They can help you make sense of the world of art & help you to thrive immensely.”
“Even the biggest names go to the other big names to get feedback on their work & often they take suggestions wholeheartedly & implement them in their work. It’s how perfections are achieved” he added. Then he talked about the aspiring qualities of a top artists & he said, “First, they show themselves to be surrounded by people who are interested in what they’re doing. Second, they show themselves to be interested in what others have to say about their work & third, they show themselves to be determined & committed. Artists who possess these qualities are often at the top of the heap.”
